1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of the Lovenly service, an international dating platform accessible at lovenly.online and via associated apps. By creating an account, the user fully accepts these terms.
2. Minimum age
Access to Lovenly is strictly reserved for natural persons aged 18 or older. Account creation by a minor results in immediate deletion and erasure of all associated data.
3. Account creation
To use Lovenly, the user must create an account with a valid email address and confirm it. They commit to providing accurate information and not impersonating another person.
4. Acceptable use
The user notably refrains from:
- Creating a fake profile or impersonating someone.
- Posting stolen photos or photos of other people without their consent.
- Sharing unsolicited sexual content, threats, harassment, or hate speech.
- Soliciting money or promoting disguised paid services.
- Bypassing moderation, security or reporting tools.
- Automatically extracting other users' data (scraping).

5. Moderation and sanctions
Lovenly reserves the right to moderate profiles, hide content, temporarily suspend or permanently ban an account that violates these Terms or community rules. Moderation actions are logged.
Any user can report content, a message or another user via the dedicated tools.
6. Lovenly Plus offer
Lovenly Plus is an optional paid subscription (€3.99/month or €34.99/year, indicative VAT-included price) that removes ads and raises certain daily limits (likes, translations). It gives no matching advantage or priority visibility beyond a minor explicitly announced tranche. The subscription can be canceled anytime from the user account; it ends at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund.
7. Intellectual property
The user retains full ownership of content they publish (photos, texts). They grant Lovenly a non-exclusive, worldwide, free and revocable license to host, distribute and moderate this content for the sole purpose of providing the service.
8. Limitation of liability
Lovenly provides a connection platform. Physical meetings between users are conducted under their sole responsibility. Lovenly recommends following the safety tips before any real meeting.
9. Account deletion
The user can delete their account anytime from their settings. Deletion is immediate user-side; some data is retained for limited durations and for strictly necessary reasons (security, legal obligations). See the privacy policy.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their execution will be subject to the competent courts of the publisher's registered office, except for mandatory provisions in favor of the consumer.
