Lovenly starts from another principle: the essential features to meet someone stay free. Profile, discovery, matches, post-match messaging, translation, blocking, reporting, account deletion. No 'unlock this person for €4'. No 'here's who liked you, for €9 a week'. Never.

But we're not naive.

Running Lovenly costs money: servers, moderation, automatic translation, anti-fraud, human support. Lovenly Plus, at €3.99/month or €34.99/year, funds all that. It removes ads, raises your daily limits, gives you a few comfort features. It gives you no matching advantage. If you like someone and they like you, you can talk. Always.

What we refuse to do.

• Sell your data. Not to a broker, not to an ad platform, never.
• Disguise ads as profiles. An ad has a black "AD" badge, period.
• Make you pay to talk. Post-match messaging is free and unlimited for normal use (reasonable daily limits to choke spam).
• Paywall video, real-time translation and identity verification. When they exist, they'll be designed for safety, not for rent.
• Hold you hostage. You can delete your account in one click, anytime. Your data leaves with you.

Safety before love.

Mandatory email verification. Human moderation. Auto-detection of scam keywords (money, crypto, medical emergency, visa…). Report / block button visible everywhere. Audited admin logs. Encryption at rest. And safety tips for real meetings, because an app will never replace your instinct.
