This policy explains what data Lovenly collects, why, how long it's retained, and how to exercise your rights. It applies to lovenly.online and associated apps.
1. Data we collect
Data you provide us
- First name or display nickname.
- Date of birth, gender, orientation, relationship intentions, country of residence.
- Email address (mandatory validation).
- Uploaded photos (moderated before publication).
- Bio content, prompts, languages spoken, relationship intentions.
- Likes, matches, messages exchanged with your matches.
- Reports and blocks you initiate or receive.
Automatically collected data
- IP address (anonymized for statistics).
- Device type and browser (for site rendering).
- Aggregated and anonymous usage statistics.
Payment data
Stripe identifiers (customer ID, subscription ID). Lovenly does not store your bank card data: Stripe is the sole holder.
Data we avoid collecting
No biometric data. No ambient listening. No off-site browsing history. No cross-referencing with third-party databases (behavioral advertising).
2. Why we process this data
- Contract execution (Terms): account, profile, messaging, matching.
- Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, moderation.
- Consent: paid subscriptions, optional marketing communications.
- Legal obligations: accounting retention, response to judicial requisitions.
3. Who we share with
Lovenly never sells your data. We only share with:
- Our technical providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe) under strict contract.
- Authorities, upon valid judicial requisition.
4. Retention period
Active account: as long as you use it. Deleted account: immediate erasure of user data; limited retention of security data (logs, processed reports) for 12 months maximum.
5. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and limitation. To exercise them, write to privacy@lovenly.online. Reply within 30 days.
6. Security
HTTPS encryption, encrypted storage at rest, per-user isolation (Row Level Security), 2FA available, human moderation + automatic detection of risky content.
